Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days – we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be contacted via email or telephone when there will be a significant delay with their order.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking number(s) are generally active within 24 hours. If you have not received a shipment confirmation email please contact customer care at 206.782.6548 or email us at info@huntopia.com.

Standard ground deliveries take 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on distance from Washington State. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via air, and generally take 4-10 days for delivery. 

International orders are all shipped International Priority with our carrier. Estimated shipping time is within 7-10 business days, however, this might be extended depending on the customs process and may vary depending on the destination country.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the USA may be subject to additional charges, taxes, or fees determined by the destination country's local customs office. Any import duties, custom fees, taxes, or other charges that may be collected for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
